Setup the radio in the Coach’s office, room 416B, next to the multi-purpose room.  The antenna is permanently mounted at the rear of the building terminating at a coax outlet on the wall opposite the window.

Note:  You will need to bring  a coax cable 10 to 25 feet long with a PL259 connector at each end.  This will be used to connect the radio to the antenna outlet.

It is possible to drive your vehicle close to the radio operating area (through the large gate). This would allow the use of an antenna mounted on the vehicle to be used as a backup or for packet or other digital communications.

The window in this room has a storm shutter that can be closed.  A hole has been made in the bottom tray of this shutter that is on the left side as viewed from the outside.  This hole could be used to pass coax or12 volt power line to a vehicle outside.

See the “SHELTER INFORMATION LIST” on pages 1 and 2 for more items to bring.
